The corporate presentation or company presentation is the (PowerPoint) presentation that introduces your company to the outside world for the first time. So that makes the corporate presentation an important presentation that needs careful consideration.
Presentations to introduce the company are often cobbled together internally. However, it is important to come up with a professional presentation of the company at a first presentation. To make a good first impression but also to bring a clear story.
The corporate presentation should include the following components: uniqueness of the company (company DNA or what makes the company unique), vision and ambition for the future, structure, facts & figures and an overview of products/services offered. On this last point, the company presentation differs from the sales presentation that goes into more detail about the products and/or services.
Step 1: The storyline
During the kick-off meeting, we look at the content and purpose of the presentation.
- What does your audience definitely need to remember about the company after the presentation?
- What is that special something that sets the company apart from others?
- How can we best represent the different business units?
The information gathered from the kick-off meeting and the material provided to us result in a clear storyboard for the entire presentation.
Step 2: Design proposal
An attractive design proposal is drawn up based on the corporate design guidelines. Our design team translates them into powerful slides and a convincing presentation.
Step 3: Developing the presentation and feedback
Once we have the approval for the storyboard and the design proposal, we create the whole presentation. Each slide is developed and provided with the necessary information. The presentation can be built up interactively so that its content can be personalized to a specific target group. We do this by adding a navigation feature to the presentation.
Feedback is given per slide via an online platform. In this way, we create a strong new company presentation within the agreed deadline.
