An event cannot take place without professional presentations.
As a specialist in PowerPoint design and presentation advice, we take complete care of the content-related presentations. In this way, we elevate the presentations to the same high level as the organisation of the event. Because we realise that time is a scarce resource in the events business, our offer features various different levels and possibilities. Here we look at the three components that take a presentation to the next level: Story, Design and Animation/transitions. Together we look at the level or levels we can support per event, and do so within a transparent and clear budget so that you know in advance what it will cost.
Keynote presentation
Storyboard: together with the speaker, we look at the purpose and content of the presentation. Based on this, we write the best storyline to obtain a convincing presentation.
Presentation design: once the house style and storyline are ready, a strong supporting presentation is developed with attractive graphic elements and animations that add value.
Redesign
We create a new presentation based on the presentation provided. We make it more attractive, more convincing and in line with the corporate design guidelines or those of the event. It’s the same content, but with a new and professional look and feel.
Brush-up
Sometimes there is simply no time to have all the presentations undergo a complete redesign, or perhaps the speaker will not allow it. We then look at compatibility in terms of font use, format, photos and video clips in the presentation. We make sure that everything works correctly and looks like it was created by the presenter. In this way, existing presentations are used without errors.
Event support
During the event day itself, there are also speakers who may want to change their presentation at the last minute or who may need to insert additional content. Are there various different rooms where presentations must be available on time? We take care of all support during the event day or days. On the one hand we take care of the presentations that are used, and on the other we are available to speakers for any corrections and adjustments. We provide this service both in Belgium and abroad.
