The content part (academic session, CEO speech, product presentation, ...) of an event is often a central moment of the event. To also take care of this part in a professional way, Smartpresentations has a specific and efficient approach and possibilities.
Storytelling
An important presentation at an event needs a solid story, structure and compelling build-up. Together with the speaker, we review the objective of the speech/presentation and write a clear narrative.
PowerPoint design
As specialized PowerPoint designers, we turn any presentation into a professional PowerPoint presentation that stands out and sticks with the audience.
Coaching
To deliver the constructed story in a clear and compelling way, we work with the speaker. Speaking pace, intonation, transference, authenticity... During one or a few coaching sessions, we build confidence with each speaker.
Bumper
A bumper is a visual and auditory animation (+/- 20 seconds) that adds extra dynamics to the academic session of an event. The bumper is used at the start and transitions of speakers.
Presentation direction, title slides and slide sequence
We check all delivered slides (font, format, etc.) and make the presentation(s), title slides and bumper into one. Ready for use by the technical direction of the event.
