Interactive presentation

An interactive PowerPoint presentation is a flexible tool that lets you tailor your story entirely to the conversation with your client.

Interactive presentation as a smart sales tool

An interactive PowerPoint presentation isn't a classic presentation that you run through from start to finish. It's a flexible tool that lets you tailor your story entirely to the conversation with your client. Instead of a linear story, you navigate through your slides based on what's being said at that moment.
That way your presentation becomes real support for your sales conversation. Read more about our approach to a sales presentation

From presentation to dialogue. Respond to what your client wants to see.

Many salespeople find a classic PowerPoint limiting. You click through slides that often don't quite match the conversation. An interactive presentation turns that around completely. The big advantage of an interactive presentation is that you only show what's relevant at that moment. For example, you can:
  • start from an overview of your offer
  • click through to specific products or services
  • go deeper into what really interests your client
  • skip other parts that are less relevant at that moment
An interactive presentation delivers more flexibility during sales conversations, better alignment with the client and therefore more engagement during the conversation. You no longer present “everything”, but exactly what's needed to sell.

Have your interactive presentation developed professionally

An interactive presentation calls for a different way of thinking and building. It's a combination of structure, logic and technical insight.
We help you with:
  • developing a smart navigation structure
  • translating your offer into a flexible story
  • a visually strong and user-friendly presentation
  • a tool that effectively supports you during your sales conversations
You respond to questions in the moment, without having to search or click quickly through slides.

Answers to your most pressing questions

What's the difference between an ordinary presentation and an interactive presentation?

In a standard PowerPoint presentation the slides follow one after another. In an interactive presentation, interactive elements are added to the slides so you can navigate through the presentation. Think of it like a website where links and a menu let you navigate the site.

What's the point of an interactive presentation?

The big benefit of an interactive presentation is that you have everything you want to tell in a single presentation. But you're never forced to tell everything. With the menu you can navigate and show a (potential) client only what they need. So you can respond much more specifically to your client's questions.

How does a project run from briefing to delivery?

Once the quote is approved, we hold a kick-off meeting: an intensive workshop on content, objectives and audiences. From that meeting, the storyline and slide content are written into a storyboard. We then produce a design proposal for a few slides. After that is approved, the full presentation is built, with feedback possible slide by slide.
